Key Responsibilities
Understand the unique staffing needs of each client company.
Design and implement customized recruitment processes, such as targeted advertising and screening.
Develop personalized onboarding programs for new hires.
Collaborate with clients to define job roles and candidate profiles.
Source and screen candidates with relevant skills and experience for specific roles.
Provide ongoing support and training to new employees as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and client policies.
Manage temporary, contract, permanent, and specialty staffing models.
Maintain effective communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
