Key Responsibilities:



Contact seller and collect needed documents

Follow up with bankers for file login, legal, valuation, and sanction stages.

Coordinate with both buyer & seller to fix registration date & time at Sub-Registrar Office

Follow up with the buyer for booking payment, balance payment, loan disbursement etc.

Candidate Requirements:



1-5 years experience in Real Estate Coordination / Loan Processing / Documentation.

Excellent follow-up skills and process management.

Knowledge of basic registration documents and loan documents.
