EM5 is hiring a Customer's Superhero (a.k.a. Chief Problem Solver)
We're not just building perfumes, we're building experiences. And sometimes, experiences come with questions like "Bhaiya, delivery kab aayega?" or "Which fragrance will make my ex regret their life choices?"
That's where YOU come in.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

Reply to customers without ghosting them (we leave that to their exes). Solve order, delivery, and fragrance dilemmas with ninja-level calmness. Be the bridge between our fragrance lab and our fragrance lovers. Collect feedback like Pokemon -- gotta catch 'em all. Occasionally explain that "Aghori" is not a person, it's a fragrance.
Skills You'll Need:

Communication skills sharper than a barber's blade (English + Hindi). Empathy strong enough to handle "urgent" DMs. Problem-solving attitude (panic is not a strategy). Experience in customer support is nice, but being unshakably patient is nicer. Ability to survive in a start-up where "yesterday" is always the deadline.
