We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Technical Support Customer Executive

to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to software, hardware, or product functionality. Diagnose and resolve basic to moderate technical issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and patient manner. Log all support requests, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in the CRM or helpdesk system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the support received. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with other teams (engineering, QA, sales) to address recurring issues and provide feedback for product improvements. Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues efficiently. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
