Job Description

Location:

Marathahalli, Bangalore

Experience:

Fresher (UG/Graduate can apply)

Work Days:

6 days working, 1 day rotational off

Shift Details:

Female Candidates:

Any 9-hour shift between

6 AM - 8 PM

Male Candidates:

Any 9-hour shift between

6 AM - 12 Midnight

Language Requirement:

Candidates must be fluent in

Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada / Konkani

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound customer calls

related to banking products and services.

Provide

accurate information and resolution

to customer queries politely and professionally.

Work effectively in

rotational shifts

and coordinate with team members for smooth operations.

Be proactive in

identifying customer issues

and suggesting possible improvements in processes.
