Role Overview

Process:

Inbound/Outbound Voice Process

Location:

Marathahalli, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience:

Minimum 1 Year in any BPO domain

Salary:

?27,000 CTC per month

Assessment Requirement:

AMCAT Score - 40+

Shift & Working Hours

Working Days:

6 Days working (Rotational Week-off)

Shift Window:

8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Rotational Shift)

Shift Duration:

9 hours (including breaks)

Key Responsibilities

Voice Support:

Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests over the phone regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and refunds.

Problem Resolution:

Provide first-call resolution by navigating through internal CRM tools and knowledge bases.

Quality & Speed:

Maintain high service quality standards while ensuring targets for Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) are met.

Escalation Management:

Identify and escalate priority issues that require immediate attention from higher management or specialized teams.

Documentation:

Accurately log every customer interaction in the system for future reference and tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Graduation is Mandatory.

(Candidates with backlogs are not eligible).

Language:

Must be

Fluent in English and Hindi

(both oral and written).

Experience:

1+ year of experience in a BPO environment is required to handle high-pressure customer service scenarios.

Assessment:

Must have a valid

AMCAT score of 40

or above (specific to the required modules).

Technical:

Basic computer proficiency and ability to multi-task between a call and multiple computer screens.

Selection Process

Initial Screening:

Verification of Graduation and Experience certificates.

Linguistic Assessment:

Evaluation of English and Hindi fluency.

AMCAT Test:

Standardized test covering aptitude and communication (Target: 40).

Operations Interview:

Final technical round with the team lead or manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
