to support tire and non-tire rubber customers through technical engagement, new grade approvals, and customer satisfaction initiatives. The role involves close coordination with Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, and external customers to ensure product performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate approval of new rubber grades with customers and internal teams
Engage with customers for technical discussions and issue resolution
Review and implement customer carbon black specifications
Prepare and manage Customer-Specific Requirement (CSR) matrices
Support product stewardship and brand-building initiatives
Coordinate improvement projects and grade modifications based on market needs
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and CAPA implementation
Qualifications:
Education:
B.Tech / M.Sc in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Technology
Postgraduate (Preferred):
PGD-IRI in Rubber Technology
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in rubber / carbon black technical services
Certifications:
QMS certification preferred
Skills:
Strong knowledge of rubber technology and carbon black applications
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of QMS and customer complaint handling
* Good communication and coordination skills
