Good communication skills.2. Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions through calls.3. Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.4. Previous experience in Customer service profile will be an ADVANTAGES5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.6. The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.7.
