Position: Customer Support Executive



(Pharmacist / Clinical Coordinator Background Preferred)

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with the Sales Team to gather import requirements. Verify product specifications and quantities before approaching international suppliers. Request pricing, availability, and lead times via email. Share supplier responses with internal teams for evaluation. Place purchase orders after receiving internal approvals. Manage internal documentation and create system purchase orders. Review supplier order confirmations and verify incoterms. Check and verify all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB, COA, etc.). Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking sheets. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with suppliers to track performance and resolve issues.
