We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly
Customer Support Assistant
to handle client queries, provide information, and ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when needed.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude at all times.
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills (English & regional language).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, Excel).
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and confidently.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in customer support is an added advantage.
