Shift Timings:
Females: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Males: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Week Off: Rotational
Compensation & Benefits:
For Freshers:
CTC: ₹22,500/- per month
Take Home: ₹17,500/- per month
For Experienced Candidates:
CTC: Up to ₹23,500/- per month
Take Home: Up to ₹18,500/- per month
Additional Benefits:
Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215/-
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via voice support to identify and resolve potential fraudulent activities.
Provide accurate and efficient solutions while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow company protocols for fraud prevention.
Work closely with the team to ensure risk control and compliance with Flipkart process
