About the Role: Are you a customer-focused professional with experience in BPO or call centre environments? We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Responsibilities: o Handle inbound & outbound customer calls o Provide accurate information on products/services o Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction o Update records in CRM systems o Meet performance targets (calls, CSAT, resolution time) o Escalate complex issues as needed o Adhere to scripts, quality standards & compliance o Participate in regular training sessions
Requirements: o 1 to 5 years of experience in BPO/Customer Support/Call Center o Strong verbal & written communication (English or regional language) o Experience in inbound, outbound, or blended processes o Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus o Customer-first attitude & strong problem-solving skills Preferred: o Must have experience in insurance or banking sectors. o Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
