About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on assisting our customers with problems when using our products or have any other delivery/order-related queries
2. Work on resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities
3. Work on helping establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures
4. Work on responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
5. Work on updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
6. Work on monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
7. Work on follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
8. Work on gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our sales and marketing teams

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust
2. Should be familiar with Excel, Gmail, and WhatsApp
3. Experience as a customer support specialist or similar CS role is a bonus
4. Understanding of how CRM systems work
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
6. Multi-tasking abilities
7. Patience when handling tough cases
8. Good communication skills in English and Hindi language
