Designation:- Process Executive Location - Kolkata Job Role: Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones. E-Commerce voice process . Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally. Rotational Shifts . Requirements Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Good technical knowledge. Flexible to work in shifts. Must have done Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate. Freshers and Experienced both are eligible. Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts. Benefits Direct Company Payroll. Opportunity to Work From Office. Drop is available only during odd hours provided if the candidate is within the transport boundary.
