: 20 CTC , in hand 16.5k

Shift

: 24/7 Rotational shifts & 6 days working 1 day rotational off

Qualification

: 12th plus

: Laptop - i5 processor,8 GB, windows 10, WiFi, USB headset

Answering customer queries, complaints, and requests. Providing accurate information about products, services, or policies. Troubleshooting technical or service-related issues
