Job Summary:

Amazon is hiring for its

International Voice Support Team

in Bangalore. This is a great opportunity for

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers. Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, payments, and account issues. Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage difficult or irate customers professionally. Adhere to defined processes and performance standards.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Good typing speed and accuracy (Minimum 20 WPM, 80% accuracy). Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and work in night shifts.
