Hiring: Customer Engagement Executive - Credit Card Onboarding (Voice Process)

Role Summary:


Looking for a smart and customer-focused Executive to support customers in their credit card onboarding journey. Responsibilities include guiding customers through VKYC, explaining card benefits, assisting with RuPay-UPI linking, and ensuring high conversion and satisfaction.

Requirements:



10+2/Graduate 6 months-2 years in telecalling/customer support Strong English & Hindi communication Good persuasion & problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of credit cards/KYC/CRM preferred Target-driven, customer-friendly, quick learner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,889.29 - ₹25,239.76 per month
