Credit Card & Credit Bureau Calling Executive

:


We are looking for a professional with

very fluent English and a neutral accent

to handle communication with

credit card customer service teams and credit bureaus

. The role primarily involves

speaking on calls

and

filling out basic forms

related to credit card issues and applications.

Key Responsibilities:



Speak with

credit card customer service

and

credit bureaus

on behalf of the company Handle calls related to

credit card issues, clarifications, and applications

Stay on calls for

30-45 minutes

when required until issues are properly addressed Fill out and submit required

forms and applications

accurately Clearly explain situations and understand responses from financial representatives Maintain professionalism, patience, and clarity throughout conversations

Required Skills:



Very fluent spoken English with a neutral (non-regional) accent

Ability to communicate confidently with banks and financial institutions Comfortable handling

long phone conversations

Basic computer skills for form filling and documentation Calm, polite, and persistent communication style
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,412.22 - ₹30,958.30 per month
