on behalf of the company
Handle calls related to
credit card issues, clarifications, and applications
Stay on calls for
30-45 minutes
when required until issues are properly addressed
Fill out and submit required
forms and applications
accurately
Clearly explain situations and understand responses from financial representatives
Maintain professionalism, patience, and clarity throughout conversations
Required Skills:
Very fluent spoken English with a neutral (non-regional) accent
Ability to communicate confidently with banks and financial institutions
Comfortable handling
long phone conversations
Basic computer skills for form filling and documentation
Calm, polite, and persistent communication style

Pay: ₹10,412.22 - ₹30,958.30 per month
