Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails related to flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight options, fares, and travel policies.
Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Work in a rotational shift environment to support 24x7 operations.
Requirements
Minimum
6 months-2 years of experience
in
customer service or support
(travel industry experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM or booking tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
