Customer Support Associate (CSA)
to join our
US Healthcare process
. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting US healthcare members, and ensuring high-quality service delivery during
night shifts
.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls/emails/chats from US healthcare members professionally
Provide accurate information related to healthcare services, claims, and benefits
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Follow HIPAA and company compliance guidelines
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
Meet performance metrics such as AHT, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in US Healthcare/BPO process preferred (freshers with good communication can apply)
Willingness to work
night shifts
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
