Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-



Resolve queries of Teachers to validate their data as part of our Specimen programme. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Skills Needed:-



At Least 1+ year of telecalling, and customer support experience. Solid never give up and positive attitude. Very Good in English Speaking. Good technical skills (should know how to use excel, CRM tools etc).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
