About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Customer Support

to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about helping others and wants to build a career in customer service and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer queries via chat, email, or phone. Understand customer problems and provide quick solutions. Record and track issues using support tools. Escalate technical or unresolved issues to senior team members. Follow up with customers to ensure their issue is resolved. Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone.
