Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivate to communicate with customers over the phone, explain products or services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain products or services clearly and accurately
Generate leads and/or close sales as per targets
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Handle customer objections professionally
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to speak clearly and politely
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/CRM is a plus)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Customer Support Executive, or Sales Executive
Knowledge of the product/service being offered
