Complaint Management/ Open SR/Monitoring daily customer complaints Open SR, MaxTTR, CDI, CSP execution Attending Critical product failures/customers/sites Qualitative technical product inputs to HO Monthly Report on failures with analysis, Flash Reports for every critical failure CSP execution-On time & 90% Due Vs Done Customer training and Meet Local level GOEM & OEM interaction Local level meeting- GOEM/OEM/Vendor Activity: Thanksgiving - Customer & Employee Warranty & CSP claim settlement Warranty and CSP Claim Settlement Ratio Manpower Training & Development (KOEL & OJT) Avl Trained Manpower Customer & Operator Training Handling customer complaints and maintain service KPIs of the territory . Identification of training needs of SE of SDs and deputing them timely for training, Take care of service penetration activity in the zone. * Timely feedback to RRT on critical failures and submit PIR on time
