Job Summary:
Vintron seeks a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. You'll provide exceptional support to customers, resolve issues, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Provide accurate product and service information.
Resolve customer complaints and issues.
Maintain detailed customer interaction records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field; Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
1+ years of experience in customer support, call center, or similar role.
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Nice to Have:
Experience in consumer electronics or similar industry.
Certification in customer service or support.
Knowledge of customer support software (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk).
Analytical skills.
