Required:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers eligible).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Office, Email).
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
