TCS is Hiring - Customer Support

Location - Chennai



Responsibility:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and services

Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product changes

Prepare and share operational reports with internal stakeholders and clients, offering insights and recommendations

Ensure accurate documentation and strict adherence to client-specific guidelines and compliance standards

Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
