Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders efficiently. Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics for on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate order records and generate customer/MIS reports. Manage complaints, feedback, and ensure prompt issue resolution. Follow up for dispatch, delivery confirmation, and payment collection. Support customer visits, audits, and related documentation.

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration. 2-4 years' experience or fresher in customer support in automotive/rubber manufacturing. Strong communication skills.
