We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional support to our UK-based clients. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our
UK-based clients
, providing timely assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Guide customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service.
Requirements:
- Education:
Any degree (English Lit preferred).
- Experience:
0-1 year in customer support (training provided).
- Communication:
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Skills:
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and active listening abilities.
- Technical Skills:
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM or support tools.
- Flexibility:
Willingness to work rotational 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends.
- Location:
Must be able to commute daily to our Coimbatore office. Candidates should ensure reliable transport for late-night shifts.
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in international voice support (especially UK clients).
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and support ticketing systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,868.02 - ₹28,365.00 per month
