RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify and
resolve issues related to orders, invoices, and shipments.
2. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
3. Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status and issues.
4. Coordinate
invoices and shipments with account managers, internal departments, and customers.
5. Ensure accurate documentation and timely order fulfilment.
