Job Summary:



Sitril Property Management is hiring a

Customer Support Executive

with 1-2 years of experience in handling client communication and service coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages Resolve client queries promptly and professionally Coordinate with internal teams for service-related updates Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer details Provide after-service support and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:



Education: Any degree 1-2 years of customer support experience (Real estate background is a plus) Strong communication in Tamil and English Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp, and Excel Calm, professional, and customer-oriented approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
