Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their business goals and challenges. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant IT solutions based on client needs. Collaborate with internal departments (technical, sales, support) to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution. Prepare and deliver insightful presentations on new products and services aligned with client objectives. Monitor and report on client account performance, offering data-driven insights to improve engagement. Conduct regular feedback sessions, check-ins, and satisfaction surveys to enhance client experience and loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship or account management, preferably in the IT industry. Strong track record of developing and managing professional client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently under pressure. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools used for managing client accounts and tracking performance metrics.
