Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Customer Support Representatives.
Monitor performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare reports and track key metrics (response time, CSAT, resolution rate).
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in Customer Support (min. 1 year in a leadership role).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle pressure effectively.
