Salary range

: Upto 6.5 LPA

Experience:

Minimum 5 yrs experience in any BPO. Team handling experience in inbound process is a must.

Shift:

Night Shift (5 days/week)

Requirements

:

5+ years of hands-on experience in BPO Inbound Voice Process (mandatory) Strong understanding of Shrinkage & Attrition Management Proven experience in Team Handling & People Management Inbound Call Experience - Mandatory Excellent leadership, coaching & conflict resolution skills

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
