Customer Support / Telemarketing & Billing Assistant
to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and hands-on experience with
Tally
(mandatory). This is an
in-office
position.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide customer support and follow-up communication
Perform billing, invoicing, and daily Tally entries
Maintain and update customer data
Support digital marketing activities when required
Coordinate with the sales and field team for follow-ups and updates
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or billing
Good communication skills (Hindi preferred)
Mandatory knowledge of
Tally
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
Local candidates preferred
Ability to handle calls and documentation efficiently
