Mandatory Requirement:

AMCAT score: 70% and above (Compulsory)

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain clear and polite communication with customers Update customer details in the system Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduation (or equivalent) Excellent verbal communication skills Willing to work in a voice process Immediate joiners preferred Candidate should be

currently residing in Bangalore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
