Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to promote and sell insurance products (Health, Motor, Travel, etc.). Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries, complaints, and policy requests. Explain policy features, benefits, and premium details clearly. Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and meet monthly targets. Provide support for renewals, claims, billing, and endorsements. Maintain records in CRM and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum Graduation is Required Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Basic computer knowledge. Target-driven, customer-oriented approach.
