Telesales Officer (General Insurance)

Begumpet ,Hyderabad

Salary:

?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Work Days:

6 days a week (Day shift)

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services. Maintain good relationships with customers and provide follow-up support. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Update call records and maintain accurate databases. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals. Participate in training and skill development sessions. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Requirements:

Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome. Good communication skills in

Hindi & English

. Basic computer knowledge. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
