Roles & Responsibilities (15 Steps):
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions.
Explain insurance products and policy details clearly.
Assist customers with renewals, payments, and claims.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or service targets.
Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional way.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Provide complete and correct information to customers.
Maintain a positive attitude during customer interactions.
Update CRM or database with latest customer details.
Participate in training sessions for product knowledge.
Contribute to team performance and maintain company standards.
Requirements:
Good communication in
Hindi and English
