About Role: Provide customer support to USA & Canadian customers via calls & chat for technical/ IT issues related & pitch for sales of IT product.
Requirements: 1-2 yrs exp on technical international process
*Must have experience in taking international calls & chat with USA & Canadian customers
*Excellent communication skills Comfortable with night shift 9pm - 6am Monday to Friday
*Male preferred as its night shift without cab facility
