About Role: Provide customer support to USA/Canadian customers via inbound calls & chat for technical/ IT issues like printer, router, windows.
Requirements:
*Min 1 - max 2.5 yrs experience on technical international process
*Must have experience in taking international calls & chat with USA & Canadian customers
*Excellent communication skills is MUST as its USA process BPO technical sales experience is MUST
Comfortable with night shift 9pm - 6am Monday to Friday ( Only Work from office)
Only males candidates as its a night shift without cab facility
*Immediate Joiners only
