Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and driven

Customer Support Team Lead

to join our International Process team. You'll be responsible for managing team performance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring seamless global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage international customer operations Solve problems efficiently and ensure top-notch customer service Analyze data, identify gaps, and improve operational workflows Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries Track performance metrics and maintain Excel reports Manage, mentor, and grow your team.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in E-tech or related industry preferred Excellent English communication (written and verbal) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven team leadership and customer handling experience Proficiency in MS Excel Adaptability and a results-oriented mindset
