Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Customer Support team.
Oversee daily operations and handle escalated customer issues.
Prepare
weekly/monthly reports
and present performance insights to management.
Monitor KPIs, track team performance, and ensure service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints quickly.
Conduct regular training and maintain accurate support records.
Identify process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Experience as a
Team Lead or Senior Customer Support Executive
preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
English & Tamil required
; Malayalam/Hindi/Kannada/Telugu preferred.
Ability to manage and handle a customer support team efficiently.
Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Background in Customer Support/BPO roles is an advantage.
