? Reviewing performance and taking appropriate action for redressal where needed.
? Monitoring the work of the sales and support team by using daily reports.
? Keeping an eye on the new developments and trends in line with the company's vision document
and priority.
? Handling escalations of enrolled students, simultaneously managing their queries keeping them
retained with complete enrolment fees.
? Handle student complaints, Grievances provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
TAT; follow up to ensure resolution.
? Proven success in sales and Positive attitude to dealing with teams.
? Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
? Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
? Capable of working independently and along with the team.
