Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls
Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions
Resolve complaints and ensure proper follow-up
Record all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
Follow company communication guidelines and scripts
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach
Make follow-up, feedback, and confirmation calls
