company is in need for Process Executives to work from our office in Kolkata

and deal with its hiring program .

As a

Customer Support Executive (Voice),

you will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential and shortlisted Candidates for Hiring Handle inbound calls with utmost professionalism adhering to the call etiquettes of the highest order Niche out sublime negotiation skills assertively Work on Job Boards Manage listings on Job Portals Initiate follow up phone calls & engage in chats and emails in accordance with effective strategical norms applicable with candidates across different stages of Hiring Maintain Daily MIS reports

Requisites :

A minimum of 1 year of international BPO related voice process experience is a pre-requisite A prior exposure in overseas voice-based non-technical recruitment is an advantage Excellent command over verbal and written English is a necessity. One should possess top-notch neutral conducive to communicate effectively with a native English speaker Should be at ease at managing work-related pressure Basic computer skills Must be willing to start immediately

Work Schedule :

5 days/week (Monday through Friday). It's strictly WORK FROM OFFICE. One needs to work in night shift.
