Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with all Trader's Den members, weekly discussion attendees, and monthly event participants. Actively call, follow up, and invite members to upcoming Hub sessions and events. Engage regularly through WhatsApp, calls, and in-person touchpoints to ensure members feel valued and connected. Collect and compile referrals from satisfied members and coordinate follow-ups.

2. Member Engagement & Retention



Create personalized follow-up and onboarding experiences for new attendees. Encourage drop-off users to re-engage through calls, special invites, or offers. Conduct periodic feedback calls and surveys to improve the overall experience.

3. Operational Execution



Take end-to-end responsibility for weekly Saturday meetups and monthly event coordination - including member invites, RSVPs, attendance tracking, setup assistance, and backend logistics. Coordinate with internal teams (admin, support, content, marketing) to ensure event success. Ensure timely execution of refreshments, seating, materials, and tech setup for all sessions. Maintain a StockEdge Hub Calendar with session plans, user RSVP status, and post-event feedback.

4.Sales Collaboration



Provide feedback to sales team based on user interest or objections from events and interactions. Help the sales team with warm leads generated from regular events or referrals.

5. Enrollment & Growth of Trader's Den



Actively promote Trader's Den Membership to engaged users and event attendees. Explain the benefits, pricing, and value proposition of being part of the Trader's Den to walk-ins and repeat visitors. Convert active leads into members through follow-up, demos, and relationship building.

Skills Required:
