Coordinate with internal teams, including ERP implementation and technical support, to resolve tickets efficiently.
Support users across various departments in understanding ERP functionalities.
Guide clients through business processes configured within the ERP system.
Log, track, and manage client issues via the support system and maintain proper documentation.
Assist with configuration and data updates within the ERP system based on client requests.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
