Key Responsibilities
Provide polite, empathetic, and professional support to customers.
Communicate confidently with U.S. clients through
calls, emails, and chat

Diagnose and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
Understand all products/services to guide customers effectively.
Document customer interactions and update records consistently.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution.
Make outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of USA, UK, Canda or Austrailian calling experience (mandatory).
Excellent English communication, verbal & written.
Education: Any graduate or undergraduate.
Prior customer support or call center experience
