We are seeking a
Customer Support Executive (Associate)
to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across communication channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Handle complaints, identify issues, and offer effective solutions within defined timelines.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or senior staff when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in CRM tools.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Support in onboarding new customers by providing guidance and product/service knowledge.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to resolve customer needs.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with challenging situations.
Contribute to process improvement by sharing customer insights and feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
